Joyce Tse
President
Joyce Tse is first generation American Born Chinese raised in Queens, NYC and transplanted to Las Vegas, NV in 2007. She serves on the board of NAAAP LV because of her passion for mentoring, building leaders, and finding the right balance of cultural values within the workplace. Joyce is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Genesys, software leader in contact center solutions, and has 20+ years of Marketing experience having worked with B&N.com, Zappos.com, IBM, Deloitte, and Oracle.
Jorna Edrada
Director of Strategy & Transformation
Jorna is a 1st generation Filipino American with 25 years of experience in improving programs and processes for efficiency. She has worked with Tesla, DraftKings, and the United States Air Force. Jorna is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the AAPI community and provides customized transformative solutions that bring measurable achievements. She is also a proud mother of two adult sons and a Lola (grandmother) of a beautiful granddaughter.
Rico Nasol
Director of Executive Development
Born and raised in the Bay Area, now thriving in Las Vegas, Rico is a Filipino-American with 20 years of Fortune 100 executive experience at Zappos and Netflix. He has lived in Las Vegas for a total of 14 years where he founded his coaching practice, empowering others to excel in business, leadership and life. As a proud son, husband, father and coach, Rico is dedicated to helping everyone create the life and career they’ve always wanted. If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.
Jeremiah Jimeno
Director of Business Development
Jeremiah Jimeno is a creative strategist and marketing professional with over a decade of experience leading campaigns across nonprofit and mission-driven sectors. As founder of JERAVICIOUS DIGITAL MEDIA (JDM), he helps organizations grow through strategy, authentic content, and inclusive design. He’s passionate about mentoring creatives and building platforms that uplift underserved communities. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking with his three dogs, and exploring new food spots. As Director of Marketing for NAAAP Las Vegas, Jeremiah is proud to elevate the API community.
Chris Lapena
Director of Creative & Brand Marketing
Chris Lapena is a marketing professional with over 10 years of B2B experience and currently serves as a Product Marketing Manager at Genesys. Born in the Bay Area and raised in Las Vegas, he is proudly half-Filipino, quarter-Vietnamese, and quarter-Chinese — cultural roots that inspire his commitment to uplifting the AAPI community. As the Creative and Brand Manager for NAAAP Las Vegas, Chris brings a thoughtful approach to storytelling, design, and communications. Outside of work, he enjoys watching anime, drawing, tackling his ever-growing reading list, and reflecting on life’s bigger questions like why is taro the best boba flavor?
