Event Planning / Coordination Volunteer
- Plan and execute events, including workshops, networking events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and teardown.
- Develop and manage event timelines and budgets.
- Ensure a positive experience for all attendees through excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Community Service Event Volunteer
- Plan and execute community service events, such as clean-up projects, food / donation drives, etc.
- Coordinate with community partners, local organizations, and volunteers to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and distribution of materials.
- Document and report on the impact and success of community service events through photos, testimonials, and data collection.
Social Media Marketing Volunteer
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Graphic Design Volunteer
- Assist the existing team in creating visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Design flyers, banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual identity of NAAAP Las Vegas.
- Help update and maintain a library of design assets for future use.
Email Marketing Volunteer
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events, programs, and organizational news.
- Manage the email subscriber list and segment audiences for targeted communications.
- Create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and graphics.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Website Management Volunteer
- Maintain and update the NAAAP Las Vegas website with current events, news, and resources.
- Improve website functionality and user experience.
- Monitor website analytics and optimize content for better engagement.
- Ensure the website is secure and up-to-date with the latest technology.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate website content with other marketing efforts.
Ambassador Program Coordinator
- Develop and manage the NAAAP Las Vegas Ambassador Program to engage and empower members, community partners, sponsors and volunteers.
- Recruit, train, and support ambassadors to represent NAAAP LV in the community.
- Organize ambassador meetings and training sessions.
- Track ambassador activities and contributions.
- Recognize and reward ambassadors for their efforts and achievements.
Gift Certificate Sponsorship Volunteer
- Identify and approach local AAPI-owned businesses for gift certificate sponsorships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and managers.
- Work cross-teams to ensure delivery and proper use of sponsored gift certificates.
Finance Team Volunteer
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for NAAAP Las Vegas.
- Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
- Help with fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor relations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial strategies and plans.
