NAAAP National Leadership Convention

The Leadership Convention by the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) brings together over 400 rising and established leaders from our community to spend three days diving into educational and social networking opportunities. This year, the NAAAP Washington, D.C. Chapter will be hosting the convention under the theme “Limitless Leadership.” Our theme will embrace the new challenges in workspaces and the resilient efforts from professionals that yearn for growth. The pandemic may have altered professional pathways and created cultural roadblocks, but our community sees no limits to our goals and accomplishments.
